These Terms of Service explain the rules for using homemassagevietnam.vn and for sending a request about Home Massage Vietnam wellness services. By browsing the website or sending a booking request, you agree to use the website lawfully and to provide accurate information. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking or contact channels.

These terms are general website terms, not personal legal advice. They operate subject to applicable Vietnamese law and mandatory consumer rights. If a mandatory rule gives you a right that cannot be limited by contract, that rule prevails.

1. Website role and service scope

The website publishes information about professional wellness and massage requests that may be available at an approved home, hotel, resort or apartment in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and other locations only when confirmed. The website is an information and booking-request channel. It is not an emergency service, medical clinic, diagnostic service or promise of a particular therapeutic result.

Service descriptions, package examples and published prices are provided to help you prepare a request. They do not replace the final confirmation for your exact address, service, duration, number of guests, timing and access conditions.

2. Booking requests and confirmation

You may send a request through the website form or an available messaging channel. A submitted form, chat message or email is only a request. It is not an instant booking, payment authorization or guarantee that a therapist is available.

An appointment should be treated as confirmed only after the booking team replies with the relevant therapist or team, appointment time, approved address, service scope and final price. If any of those details change, ask for a new confirmation before relying on the appointment.

You agree to provide a reachable contact method and accurate information. Tell us promptly about a changed address, hotel check-in restriction, access instruction, guest count, timing or service preference. We may be unable to accept a request when the information is incomplete, inaccurate or unsafe.

3. Location and property requirements

For a home, hotel, resort or apartment request, you are responsible for providing a location where the service is permitted. You must follow the property’s guest, visitor, identification, noise and wellness-service rules. Reception or building access may affect arrival time and availability.

The therapist or booking team may decline, postpone or leave a location if the address cannot be verified, access is unavailable, the environment is unsafe, a person is threatening or intoxicated, or the requested activity is outside the confirmed wellness service. Any practical outcome is handled according to the information communicated for that booking and applicable law.

4. Wellness, health and safety

Massage is a wellness service. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or emergency provider. Before requesting an appointment, consider whether massage is appropriate for your circumstances. Tell the booking team about relevant comfort or safety concerns before confirmation, and seek qualified medical advice for an injury, severe pain, swelling, fever, open wound, contagious illness or other medical concern.

You must communicate if pressure, position, oil, scent or another part of the session is uncomfortable. The therapist may adjust or stop a session when continuing could be unsafe. Never use a massage appointment to delay urgent medical care.

5. Respectful professional boundaries

All appointments must remain professional, consensual and within the confirmed service scope. Sexual requests, sexual contact, harassment, discriminatory conduct, threats, coercion, hidden recording, illegal activity or inappropriate touching are not permitted. A therapist may stop the session and leave if boundaries are breached or safety is in doubt.

You must provide a reasonably clean, private and suitable space with enough room for the confirmed service. Please keep pets, children and other occupants safely away from the working area unless their presence has been discussed and is appropriate for the location.

6. Prices, payment and additional conditions

Prices shown on the website are examples or starting points and may differ by service type, duration, address, guest count, availability, travel conditions, late-night timing or special requests. The final price must be confirmed before you accept the appointment. A late-night, travel, additional-guest or special-request charge should not be treated as applicable unless it is disclosed in the booking confirmation.

Confirm the accepted payment method, amount and any receipt or invoice question through the booking team. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, passport scans or other sensitive credentials through a public form or an unverified account. A message asking for payment should be checked against the official contact route before you act.

7. Changes, cancellation and no-show communication

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, contact the booking team as soon as possible and provide the booking name, time and location. We will explain the available options based on the stage of coordination, therapist travel and any condition already disclosed in the confirmation.

Unless a specific cancellation, deposit or refund condition was clearly disclosed and accepted for your booking, these website terms do not promise a particular fee or refund outcome. We also do not treat an unconfirmed request as a guaranteed appointment. If the team cannot attend or must change a confirmed detail, it will communicate the available next step through the booking channel.

8. Website content and intellectual property

Text, layout, branding, images, graphics and other material published on the website are owned by or licensed to Home Massage Vietnam unless stated otherwise. You may view and share a link for personal, lawful reference. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape, modify, frame, reverse engineer or use website material to impersonate the service without written permission or a legal right to do so.

9. Third-party platforms and links

Booking or contact may involve Messenger, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, maps, payment providers or other third-party services. Those platforms are separate from Home Massage Vietnam. Their accounts, outages, fees, security, content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party platform’s independent conduct or availability, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Disclaimers and reasonable limits

We aim to keep the website useful, but pages may contain typographical errors, outdated availability, broken links or temporary interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, website content and availability are provided without a promise that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, an unconfirmed request, a third-party platform or a change in availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud or other mandatory protections.

11. Suspension and changes

We may update these terms, change website features, correct content, limit access or pause a contact channel when needed for safety, security, maintenance, legal compliance or service changes. The current version is identified by its “Last updated” date. A confirmed booking is also subject to the specific details communicated for that booking.

12. Governing law and questions

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws in Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer and other legal rights.
